Fluffy pancake recipe

This month, we’re making pancakes! I simply shared a NEW pancake recipe, which is on repeat in our home proper now. Ollie and I’ve been having a lot enjoyable making it collectively. He loves to assist combine the batter and brush the pan with oil.

These pancakes are tremendous easy and traditional. Fluffy, flavorful, and golden brown, they remind me of the pancakes I ate rising up. They’d be an ideal breakfast for Valentine’s Day or any lazy February morning.

Should you’re vegan (or out of eggs!), make these vegan pancakes as an alternative. They’re simply as scrumptious, for those who ask me.
